The project consisted of a multifunction office building and adjacent parking garage structure with several parking levels. The building and parking garage wrap around an existing building site and required our team to develop a traffic flow solution that would integrate with the existing site. The multipurpose building contained both commercial office spaces and medical doctor suites. The design allowed for an easily adjustable interior so that the spaces could be adjusted for any changes in tenant need. The parking garage is a four level pre-cast concrete structure, with 296 vehicle spaces, and an elevator to serve both the employees and visitors.
