Utilizing the latest in medical technology to provide best-in-class care was the goal of the University Health System when they decided to build the University Center for Community Health in San Antonio, TX. In a joint venture between Chesney Morales & Associates and Marmon Mok, the UCCH was a brand new medical facility with a construction cost of roughly $18.3 million. The project consisted of the following clinics, in addition to Administration and Support spaces:
